Haringey Aquatics Waterpolo Players win Bronze at Inter-Regionals


Sophie Kinloch and Sasha Shute played for the London Sharks – the U16 Girls Waterpolo Team at the Inter-Regionals at the Liverpool Aquatic Centre on 28/29th May.

The London Sharks played  a great team game and topped their group at the end of the first day having beaten Scotland, North East, North West & the South East. That put them through to the semifinals on the second day. They lost 7-3 in a tough game against the East Angels. But they played a great last game against the South East again to win Bronze Medal.



Haringey Aquatics Diving coach takes gold (silver& bronze) at LEN European Aquatics Championships

Haringey Aquatics Diving coaches – Rick Dear and John Ley- have been in action at the Masters competition at LEN European Aquatics Championships at the London Aquatic Centre this week. Congratulations to Rick who secured three medals in the Masters competition at LEN European Aquatics Championships this week:  GOLD in the Platform, SILVER in the 3m Springboard and BRONZE in the 1m Springboard -fantastic achievement and inspiration for Haringey Aquatics young divers! !  Hats off to John who secured a top 20 finish in a tough 1m springboard group – well done.
