Regeneration of Wood Green: Lobbying for a new pool

Haringey Council are currently consulting the public on the regeneration plans for Wood Green. The consultation is open 14th Feb- 31st March 2017. In terms of public swimming pools the level of provision in the borough of Haringey is poor and a third pool is much needed.  The regeneration plans offer an opportunity for us as a club and as individuals to campaign for the inclusion of a swimming in the plans. The proposed plans and you can have your say are all explained on the Council website Public consultation We would urge to please ‘have your say’ and in your response highlight the need for a swimming pool and the benefits to the community of such a facility.
