We have recently had two articles in the Ham and High celebrating the achievements of Haringey swimmers:
Swimmer Shakil Giordani has been selected as part of the Middlesex County team competing in the FFN Golden Lanes Tour in Sarcelles France. Read more here Sahkil picked for the County team
Another article Success for HA swimmers at the 2018 County Championships celebrates the achievements of our swimmers at the recent County championships which included an impressive medal and trophy haul and lots of PBs.
Haringey Aquatics won 3 out of their 4 games in the second round of the winter league on 28th January. We beat Kingston 4-1, Penguin 4-2 and Bexley 3-2 and lost 2-5 to Otter. The team played really well and the results were good enough to put us in the top spot. So everything to play for in the last tournament of the division on 25th February!
One of our swimmers Shakil Giordani has been selected to swim with the Middlesex County team in Sarcelles, France at the FFN Golden Lanes Tour on 9th -11th March 2018.
This is a fantastic opportunity for Shakil and yet another positive step for Haringey Aquatics.
Sharon Austin, our Head of Teaching has been selected as the Team Manager for this event.
We wish the team all the best for the tour.
